Payment

At www.sexshop.net you can pay with the following Debit and Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express.
We do not at current time offer payment through PayPal.
When you order products from sexshop.net we do NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDITCARD before your order is actually shipped.

Delivery

At sexshop.net you can expect a fast delivery, 99% of all orders is usually shipped before 24 Hours on any normal business days. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory does change significantly from day to day.

• The shipping cost for International orders starts at 25 USD

Shipping Discount

We offer customers from United States 100% Discount on the shipping rate if the order amount is over 59 USD.

Product Return Policies

If you are insecure about purchasing products online, you don’t need to, because sexshop.net offers you a full refund if you not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Only condition is that you return the unwanted products before 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you want to return your order you have to send a mail to refund@sexshop.net with your order number and we will send information to you about how to proceed. When we received your returned product we will refund the returned.

Opened electronic media products such as DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes, liquid products such as lubes, oils, toy cleaners, body and bath product and batteries cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective products can be returned or exchanged, free of charge.
Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items cannot be refunded.
