5. PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY

Your order can be paid through your Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or through your verified Paypal account.

We intend to deliver all orders to the set deadlines.  If it happens that the goods you ordered are out of stock, we will inform you by email and send out the item to you as soon as it is available again.  If we cannot source the product we will inform you.

	UPS Second Day charges will start from $14.00

Canada	will start from $15

Bulky items such as Liberator shape and sex swings are not qualified for $59+ order Free Shipping. Such will be charged based on the following:

• USPS Priority and UPS Ground $10
• UPS 2nd Day $34
• UPS Next Day $45
• UPS Canada Standard $25
• USPS Worldwide $35.

We respect your confidentiality. All orders are dispatched in discreet and plain packaging.

We strongly recommend for you to check the goods upon receiving your package. Please notify us by email or phone if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are defective.

You can cancel your order within 30 days and get a full refund. If you already receive your item before we receive your notice of cancellation, you can return the product and we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

6. PRODUCTS EXCHANGE AND REFUND

        6.1 We only accept unused products and items in their original package for exchange or refund. For sanitary purposes, items such as sensual wear or lingerie are considered not returnable.
        6.2 Defective products for refund or exchange should be returned within 7 days upon received.
        6.4 When you send back the item, please attach the description of the problem and indicate whether you like an exchange or a refund.
