How long does it take to receive my order?
Once you place an order to us, we immediately send off your item for delivery. Give us 24 hours to deliver your purchased item to you.
Can I cancel my order after I submit it?
Yes you can. Just notify us through our Contact us page and state your concern. You can cancel your order within 30 days from the date indicated in your receipt.

Will you send an order confirmation?
We do! We will send you a confirmation of your order via email. It includes your order information such as your order number and your shipping information. The email also encloses the list of products you ordered and the computed prices.
If for some very rare cases that you don’t receive an order confirmation from us within 24 hours or you have questions about your order confirmation, contact us.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied with your ordered toys. But for some unfortunate events that you are unhappy with the items you purchased, you may return it to us not later than 30 days upon receipt of the shipment.
Will anyone notice what’s in my package when you deliver it?
No. All products are delivered in a plain box with a return address of our company. We don’t put anything that would reveal the nature of the product.
How much do you charge for shipping? Do you ship outside US?
The shipping cost depends on the destination. Yes. We ship outside of the United States.

- Under $59 orders will be charged $5.95
- UPS Next Day charges will start from $25.00
- UPS Second Day charges will start from $14.00
- Outside US will start from $25
- Canada will start from $15
Bulky items such as Liberator shape and sex swings are not qualified for $59+ order Free Shipping. Such will be charged based on the following:
- USPS Priority and UPS Ground $10
- UPS 2nd Day $34
- UPS Next Day $45
- UPS Canada Standard $25
- USPS Worldwide $35.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
If you purchase over $59 and you are living within United States, you avail our free shipping promo. Other shipping charges are displayed on our Payments and Delivery.
Do you allow delivering of products to a different address?
No. We only deliver items to the address of the card holder.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and we also accept payments from verified Paypal accounts. For more details please refer to our Payment and Delivery.
Who do I call for technical support for the products I buy?
You can contact us for any technical support or you can contact the manufacturer directly. The number is in the box of the product.
The product I purchased is not functioning well, can it be replaced?
Yes. Just keep the packaging and we will replace it for free. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.
