How long does it take to receive my order?
Once you place an order to us, we process and shipped immediately within 24 hours or normal business days.
Will you send an order confirmation?
We do! We will send you a confirmation of your order via email. It includes your order information such as your order number and your shipping information. The email also encloses the list of products you ordered and the computed prices.

Yes, you can for now temporarily send the Payment to giegie@sexshop.net . Purchase the product through Email and Use the same email address with a complete product details, complete Name and Address.
Will anyone notice what’s in my package when you deliver it?
No one, All products are delivered in a plain and discreet boxes.
The product I purchased is not functioning well, can it be replaced?
Yes, Just keep the packaging and we will replace it for free. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.
