Britney Spears was given a six-month sex ban by her parents, with them hoping that this might be the solution to her downfall.  After her two failed marriages, they seem to think that their daughter should stay away from men for a while.  Lynne and Jamie Spears feel that now that’s she’s beginning to put her life back again, that they don’t want to have anything get in her way.  It appears as though that men who were linked to her seemed to be the cause of her downfall.  Now, they want to make sure that she does not get involved with someone who might use her for money or advance their own careers.
